Recognizing we live in a society afflicted and affected by alcohol and other substance abuse, and that our Saviour, Jesus Christ, demands Christians to express God’s love by showing compassion and giving assistance for the needs of society, avenues are needed to educate the public about the effects of these abuses, and that it is deemed essential to those afflicted and affected to have appropriate counselling services and support networks available. As an organization we accept the challenge of educating, and walking alongside those who are struggling. We believe that chemical addiction is a complex disease that has physical, mental and spiritual components. We also believe help is readily available for those who seek it. When an opportunity arises or an inquiry is made our members will work with the individual or family members including doing an intervention. Confidentiality and anonymity of those who seek help is one of the cornerstones upon which our organization is founded.
